How much will my score improve with tutoring?

This depends on a number of factors, including whether English is your native language and what your Maths background is. In general, I aim for a minimum of a 15-20 point increase.

How much time should I spend revising?

I recommend 10-15 hours per week of self-study, in addition to tutoring. At least 6 weeks is ideal, though of course longer is better.

Do you teach both verbal and quant?

I teach both sections equally, and have done so for many years. I also teach the essays, and have aced that section

Do you teach other subjects?

I also tutor the GMAT, having scored a 780 on my first attempt.

How do i qualify for discounts?

There is no hard-and-fast rule but if you work for an NGO, plan to work for one, or are currently struggling with your bills, a small discount is applied.

Can you supply proof of your score?

I can, if required, during our first session.

how does the free consultation work?

We can chat over the phone or meet in-person. Almost every student who arranges to meet in person for the consultation continues to have a paid session at the same time, for mutual convenience.

should i do gre or gmat?

That’s a tough one, and depends on your strengths and target school. I tutor both, and there are a lot of overlaps, so switching across after having started studying for one of the exams isn’t difficult.
